Wayne Larson Zeeland Farm Services Presented with Elmer E. Short Award Wayne Larson has been awarded the Elmer E. Short award for meritorious service in the cottonseed and feed ingredient industry. The award is named for the founder and first president of the Cottonseed and Feed Association, Inc.. Wayne has served as board member and is a past President of the association. Wayne has over 30 years experience in the agricultural industry, most recently as Vice President of Garvey International, and currently as a trader for Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. Wayne, a native of Osseo, Wisconsin now resides in Winnebago, Ilinois with his wife Lisa and daughter Megan.
